Upon reaching the friendship level "friends" with Vorlen, he will explain that Cirahna was admiring the museum's collection and that he wants you to catch him a butterfly and bring it to him (the type does not matter). Once you do he will say its not quite the specimen he needs and wants you to ask Farm Fan and Leif about the butterflies on the island. Leif mentions the rare butterflies while Farm Fan will mention the more common butterflies.
