Eris tells you that she's been thinking she can do more than just skate around and catch bugs. She would like to help others be able to have as much freedom of expression as she does now. So she wants you to build her a small wagon.

She directs you to talk to the Murmurs. After talking to them, they give you blueprints that will help you build a wagon. Silk and a Conjuring Workbench are needed to build the wagon. Talk to Cirahna to learn more about the Conjuring Workbench.
